Refunds and returns policy.
Our refund and return policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging and contain all attached tags. Some items are excluded from our return policy. These non-returnable items are described in the following list:
- Products with a price reduction greater than or equal to 35% from the original retail price
- Personalised or customised goods
- Underwear

Exclusion of refunds
There are certain situations where no refund is granted:
- Any item not in its original condition (damaged, missing parts) for reasons not due to our fault. If the damage happened during transport, we may still pay you compensation (depending on the type of transport you chose).
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Once your return has been received and verified, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund at that time.
To prove that the goods in your order are not defective when packed for delivery, we will take photos of the goods at the following times:
- Just before they are packed
- When they are in the box.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within 14 days of the approval date, first check your bank account or contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be officially booked. If you have done all this and still haven’t received a refund, please contact us at finance@kingkasketee.com.
Discounted items
Only normally priced items can be refunded. Sale items discounted by 35% or more from the original retail price cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you wish to exchange the item for the same item, please email us at finance@kingkasketee.com and send your item to: King Kasketee – Maalse steenweg 92 – B-8310 Bruges – Belgium.
Items without an accompanying return form will be excluded from the refund/exchange process.

You are responsible for the shipping costs to return your item(s).

These shipping costs will only be refunded if the reason for the return is damage to the goods and if it is proven that King Kasketee is responsible for this damage. In this case, the return shipping costs will be added to the refund amount.
In case of a replacement order, no shipping costs for the replacement goods will be charged and the costs of the return shipment will be compensated with a credit note worth the shipping costs*.
*The refund of shipping costs is limited to the cost of a standard shipment without track & trace.
